Terms of Purchase & Use

The product and the items included in your purchase are described on the relevant product page or checkout page. The Precision Inbox System is supplied as downloadable PDF resources. It is a self-paced written guide, not a live course, video course, or personalised consulting service unless the product page expressly says otherwise.

Please check the product description before purchasing so you understand what is included.

All prices are shown on the product or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Any applicable GST will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete your purchase. Payment must be successfully completed before digital files are delivered or customization work begins.

Digital products will be delivered using the method described at checkout, such as by email or a download link. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you cannot find the delivery email.

If your files have not arrived, contact us at hello@bvirtual.com.au with your order details and we'll help you access your purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can access and download the files. Please save a copy of your files somewhere secure after delivery.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased resources for the purpose and audience described below. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Individual purchase: You may use the resources for your own personal or professional inbox management. You must not share the files with colleagues, clients, or other people, or use them to deliver training or services to others.

Company-branded purchase: The purchasing business may use the customized resources internally across its own organisation, including sharing them with its own employees for internal use. This does not permit distribution to external businesses, clients, or the public.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, neither purchase type permits you to:

• resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially redistribute the resources;
• upload or share the files in public or shared resource libraries accessible outside the permitted users;
• remove or alter BVIRTUAL copyright or attribution notices;
• copy, reproduce, or adapt the resources to create a product or training resource for sale or distribution;
• share editable source files or represent the resources as your own original work.

If you need a different licence or wider distribution rights, contact us before purchasing.

Where offered, the company-branded version includes only the customization specifically described on the product page or agreed in writing. This may include adding your business name and logo to the resources.

You are responsible for supplying the correct business name, logo, and other requested information, and confirming that you have permission to provide and use those materials. You are also responsible for checking the final branded files for accuracy before distributing them internally.

Any delivery timeframe, included revision, or additional customization fee will be stated on the product page or confirmed in writing before work begins. Changes beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee and timeframe.

The resources, including their text, layout, design, diagrams, and supporting materials, are owned by BVIRTUAL or used by BVIRTUAL with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides the licence described in these terms; it does not give you ownership of the underlying materials or the right to reproduce or distribute them beyond that licence.

You retain ownership of your own business name, logo, and materials supplied for customisation. You give BVIRTUAL permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare and deliver your customized purchase.

The resources are supplied in the format and version described at the time of purchase. We do not promise ongoing updates, future versions, or compatibility with every device, software version, or Gmail interface unless expressly stated on the product page.

Gmail and other third-party services may change their features, settings, or interface. You are responsible for checking current service information and deciding whether instructions remain suitable for your own setup.

The resources provide general educational information and practical guidance. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your business, legal obligations, security requirements, or technical environment.

Your results will depend on your circumstances, choices, and implementation. BVIRTUAL does not guarantee a particular productivity outcome, time saving, inbox result, or business improvement.

You are responsible for reviewing any changes you make to your email settings, labels, filters, and workflows, and for ensuring they are appropriate for your needs.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order or the files supplied, contact us at hello@bvirtual.com.au and explain the problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Where a consumer guarantee applies and the product has a failure covered by that guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.

For change-of-mind requests, please contact us as soon as possible. Because digital products may be delivered immediately, a change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

For customised products, please contact us promptly if you believe the delivered files do not match the agreed customisation. Any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the stage of work completed.

If you experience a problem accessing the files you purchased, contact us at hello@bvirtual.com.au and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Unless expressly included in the product description, purchase does not include individual coaching, technical support for your Gmail account, inbox setup services, or consulting.

We collect and use personal information in connection with orders, delivery, customer support, and—where relevant—customization. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://bvirtual.com.au/privacy-policy.

Please do not send passwords, email contents, or other sensitive account information to BVIRTUAL as part of a purchase or customization request.

The resources may refer to third-party products or services, including Gmail. Those services are provided by their respective owners and may have separate terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.

BVIRTUAL is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or issues with third-party services. Any use of those services remains subject to the relevant provider's terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the terms made available to you at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or otherwise applies with your agreement.
