BVIRTUAL is led by Danielle Symonds, founder and lead consultant. Danielle is the person on the Capability Call, the person who designs the approach, and the person accountable for the outcome.
Where the work needs specialist hands - administration, documentation capacity, build support - vetted, skilled contractors are brought in and managed by us. Clients get the range of a small team without a recruitment process, a payroll, or a second point of contact to chase.
Contractors are engaged for capability, never to hand your account to whoever is free that week. You always know who is doing the work and who is responsible for it.
Where we work
Victorian based - collaborating Australia wide. Most engagements run remotely, with on-site work arranged where it genuinely helps.
We work with public sector teams across the Australian Public Service and with private sector businesses in construction, renewable energy, professional services and retail.
