Privacy Policy

BVIRTUAL is an Australian operations consultancy operated under ABN 75 873 710 874, based in Victoria, Australia and working with clients across Australia. In this policy, "we" means BVIRTUAL.

When you contact us - by email, phone, or the enquiry form on this site - we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name and the content of your message.

If we work together, we may also hold contact details for your team, notes from our meetings, and the business information required to deliver and invoice the engagement.

This website does not require an account to browse. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the site; we do not use that information to identify individual visitors.

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver work you have engaged us for, to invoice and keep our business records, and - where you have asked for it - to send information relevant to your enquiry.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

Your information is accessed by Danielle Symonds and, where a contractor is working on your engagement, by the vetted contractors delivering that work. Contractors are engaged under confidentiality obligations.

We use standard business systems for email, file storage, project management and accounting. Where a system stores information outside Australia, we will tell you which systems are involved if you ask.

Enquiry information is kept while it is relevant to a possible engagement, then deleted. Client records are retained for the period required by Australian tax and business record-keeping obligations, then securely destroyed.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@bvirtual.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site may use cookies for essential functionality and anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work for reading content.

We will update this page when the way we handle information changes. The date below shows when it was last updated.
